I’d avoid this hotel. During my three-day stay, the rooms had cockroaches, the manager was dismissive, and the food was mediocre. The breakfast comes from outside, as there’s no in-house kitchen, and the quality showed. The first room was crawling with cockroaches. I reported it straight away, but although the manager said pest control had been done, nothing improved. On day three I was moved to another room that was said to be clean, but it had cockroaches too. It made it hard to believe hygiene was being taken seriously. The online photos showed balconies, but the rooms I saw didn’t have them. There are much better hotels in the same lane, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They safely returned some belongings I accidentally left behind, which I really appreciated. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend the hotel.

The receptionist refused to give a guest a room, saying they were late and that he had gotten INR 500 more for the same room. He came across as highly unprofessional and opportunistic, with no sense of hosting and an open willingness to exploit guests. I’ll discourage people I know from trying this hotel.
