The room had pan stains on the wall and a broken washroom handle, so it felt dirty and inconvenient to use. The TV didn’t work either. After I told the staff, one employee said they’d send someone, but nobody ever showed up. Service was terrible from the start, and the food was tasteless and very poor quality. One of my worst hotel experiences, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Dust had settled everywhere in the room, and the rooms I saw yesterday were terrible quality. The hotel is filthy and badly managed, and needs to find ways to improve its general cleanliness. The front desk guys were the worst, indifferent and terrible staff. One of the worst experiences of my life.
