At mealtimes there was too little food for the number of guests, and the quality wasn't good. It seemed the resort had accepted more bookings than its capacity, leading to overcrowding and shortages. Some guests drank openly in common areas, making the environment uncomfortable and unsuitable for families. The management was rude and uncooperative when concerns were raised. Given the poor service and facilities for premium prices, this wasn't good value for money.

The food was really tasty, and the whole place looks impressive. Riverview Tent Resort has a striking layout and structure, is kept in excellent condition, and makes for a great getaway.

We had an unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this resort to families or anyone seeking a peaceful visit. Some guests were openly drinking in common areas, so it didn't feel family-friendly. The place was overcrowded, with too little food for the number of people at mealtimes, and the food itself was poor in both taste and hygiene. It seemed occupancy exceeded the resort's capacity. When guests raised issues, management staff were dismissive, rude, and uncooperative.

The food had plenty of variety and tasted great, and the resort's atmosphere made it easy to relax. Staff were consistently polite, attentive, and ready to help. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with modern amenities. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with a lovely mix of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. Great stay.
