Krishna Inn

I miss the underground parking they used to have. It was useful to keep my car out of the hot sun during a two-night stay. I've been a regular guest at Krishna Inn with my wife for over two decades, and my stays have brought personal attention, good service, and special privileges. I know many of the staff by name, and they're all courteous. Their homely vegetarian food is excellent, especially the Tali meals. Room service and housekeeping are impeccable too.

We spent one night at Krishna Inn in March 2025, and the room was in terrible shape. The air conditioning barely worked in the heat, and the ceiling was cracked and peeling, and seemed unsafe. While we were out visiting Guruvayoor temple, my AirPods were stolen from the room. I don't believe they were simply misplaced, because someone had entered. We told management, but they showed no urgency or concern. They said they'd investigate and never followed up. Checking the keycard logs to see which staff entered seemed like a simple step, but they didn't appear to bother. One staff member was shockingly rude and obnoxious when we raised these serious concerns. The lack of accountability and basic decency was infuriating. This place felt unsafe, mismanaged, and like a complete disaster. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else nearby. You've been warned.

The room facilities were good, but I left a gift package with a few items in our room. It was worth 5000 and also had emotional value. We reported it to the staff and manager within an hour of checking out that same day. They said they'd checked the room and looked into it, but didn't investigate further or respond to our questions. We were sure we didn't have the package, so we went back to the hotel within an hour of reporting it. Cleaning had already started, and the package was missing. I felt the management should have taken the matter more seriously and shown more responsibility.

All our guests stayed at Krishna Inn for our son's wedding in October 2025, and they appreciated the arrangements, hospitality, and delicious lunch. We chose the venue after attending a few weddings there before. From March 2025 through the wedding, Ms. Mini, manager Krishna inn, coordinated everything exceptionally well. She was sincere, dedicated, and cooperative, and is truly an asset to the hotel. We wish Krishna Inn and its team continued success. Regards, Krishnan Nandakumar Chennai
