Parking is a problem here, and the service is just okay. The food was okay too, with reasonable prices that aren't on the high side. The rooftop restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and is a comfortable place to sit. Rooms are good. Nilayam kutir is near teliya bag, set a short walk down a colony road rather than on the main road.

I misplaced my phone charger at the hotel, and the staff refused to help. They acted like it was my fault and showed no sense of responsibility. Their careless, rude attitude felt completely unprofessional. If they can't be honest and helpful over something as small as a charger, I wouldn't trust them with bigger problems. This place needs to learn basic hospitality. I can't recommend it.

The food tasted just like home, and the staff made the restaurant feel welcoming with their polite service. It was a comfortable, homely place to have a meal. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to others.

A quiet place without much crowd, with good, clean rooms. The food is only average and there's no proper parking space, which is unfortunate. Staff are okay.
