The room was bare and dirty, with no bed, chair, table, or other furniture. When I complained at the desk, the staff were incredibly rude, as if I were bothering them. The owner shouted at me when I asked for a refund and showed no respect for guests. I've never seen such bad behavior from a business owner. They took my money and left me with a hard floor and insults. This place was a total nightmare and felt like a complete scam. Please don't stay here if you don't want to be treated badly or sleep in an empty room.

The hotel owner's son behaved terribly and gave extremely poor service. I found him dishonest about every aspect of the service and felt he was trying to cheat customers. An extra bed costs ₹500, but even basic things like pillows or bed sheets weren't provided. When I or my companions asked him or his staff for help, they promised to sort it out in five minutes, but nobody followed through. Room rents are overcharged for the service. Ask about and confirm everything before booking to avoid the same disappointment. He has two hotels, Hotel sowstik and hotel shivay.
