The staff behavior was very bad, and the service and overall experience were third class, the worst I've ever had. There were problems with the A/C, mattresses, water, lights, and more.

I had to ask for hot water, and the wifi in the room was weak.

The stay was awesome, and the rooms were clean, though there was no dustbin. The staff were good, but they need to improve their habits, like disturbing guests while they're sleeping.

The location is pretty good, neither too close nor too far from the Sarnath excavation site. The rooms themselves were good, with no complaints from me. Management was poor, though. The staff weren't hospitable and had weird body language. I didn't stay here on my second visit to Sarnath.

10/10
The staff were warm and helpful, and the spacious room and lovely surroundings made the couple of days I spent there really relaxing. It wasn't cheap, but this kind of stay is worth the price. I wish we'd booked longer, and I'd happily recommend it. We'll be back.
