Comfort Inn Benaras

The room was roomy and comfortable, and for the price it compared well with places like Amayaa and Rivatas. The front office staff were helpful, and the breakfast chef was very humble. Service still fell short in places, though. Some staff seemed untrained and had trouble serving food, and the restaurant staff’s behaviour at lunch wasn’t up to the mark.

After busy days exploring Varanasi, I found the spotless room a restful place to come back to. My stay was quiet and very comfortable, and the attentive staff made things pleasant. A solid choice for a city visit.

The Agoda price looked attractive, while the counter quoted almost 2000/- more, so I booked online. I’d first checked the lobby, reception and breakfast spread on an early morning visit and was satisfied enough to show the hotel to my wife. She liked it too, and our two days there were so satisfying I can’t put it into words. We were in Varanasi for a family wedding and stayed here with family from 29-31 March 2026, after a night at Pristine hotel near comfort inn. That place had charged us 7500/- for one night with an extra bed and breakfast. I felt it was too much for such a small hotel with no swimming pool or anything, so I looked around on my morning walk and found comfort inn. I was nervous about whether it would meet my wife’s standards for cleanliness and comfort, since she’s particular about those things and might blame me for focusing on saving money. The room, cleanliness, washroom, AC and bed were all awesome. Room service was great and the staff were cooperative. I’d personally ask people to check out this hotel before finalising a place in the cantonment area of Varanasi. Great rooms, food and service, and fantastic people.

The food tasted delicious, and the ambience was lovely. The staff service was good, and they gave us a discount too.
