There were mosquitoes all over the room, and no hot water during our stay. They told us to just let the tap water run. The TV stayed broken even after repeated calls, and nobody fixed it. The AC seemed centrally controlled and would only run for 5-10 minutes after we called staff, which was extremely inconvenient. The service was highly disappointing, the stay wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A good budget option in the location I wanted, near cantt junction. The TV didn’t work properly, though.

We arrived around 1 AM with our two kids, and check-in was disappointing from the start. An elderly man at reception, dressed only in a dhoti, was asleep. After we woke him and showed our booking confirmation, he took over 15 minutes to verify it despite my repeated requests to hurry, since the kids were exhausted. He mostly just stared at the booking and said very little. The hotel is very close to the station, but we were given a tiny room without even basic amenities. It wasn’t worth the money. At checkout they were just as rigid. The rooms were clearly empty, yet they wouldn’t give us even a few minutes of late checkout and insisted we leave immediately. Poor service and an uncomfortable stay. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were dirty, there was no water heater in the bathroom, and we found rats in the room. The hotel facilities were very poor, and there was no lift.
