I booked a room online an hour before arriving, but the guy at reception told me there was no room available. When I asked why the site had taken my booking if there were no rooms, he was dismissive and kept claiming they don't list their hotel on any sites. He refused a refund too. Worst experience, not recommended at all.

Worst experience! I booked four days ahead and paid the full amount, but when I got to the hotel the person in charge said there was no room and denied me check-in. I don't know how they could refuse a prepaid service. I had to find and book another hotel myself.

Even though I had booked ahead, they refused to give me a room because of maintenance. Nobody had told me about the work or that rooms wouldn't be available.

I couldn't find the hotel at the site, and they wouldn't answer the phone. Because of this hotel and OYO, I had a problem and couldn't get a hotel anywhere in Hisar. I don't find this place reliable at all.
