Max Hotels Jabalpur

The taps barely worked, and the shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere except on me. There was no water from the tap at times. I had to change rooms once, and the lights were unreliable too. Room service was very slow. There’s no geyser in the bathroom, so you have to call reception and wait for them to bring hot water.

The management really stood out at Max Hotel, Jabalpur. The team was professional, attentive, and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious, and service came promptly. One of the best-managed hotels in the city, in my experience. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jabalpur.

I had a very dirty room and the staff were also unpleasant. There was spit in the washroom, no running water, sticky flooring, and dirty bedsheets. Even after I complained, nobody cleaned it, and they still hadn't given me towels by the second day. Hygiene was zero. I wouldn’t recommend it. I stayed at Namah instead, where everything was very clean and the food was tasty. Namah is good for passengers.

I come back about once a year. The restaurant, with its Bollywood theme, is the best part, and the food is amazing. Parking for cars and security are good too, and the location works really well. Rooms are nice, though a little expensive.
