Hotel Elite Swagath Grand

Getting around Hyderabad was easy from here, with the RTC Cross Roads metro station nearby. The hotel is new and kept in great shape, and my room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Check-in went smoothly thanks to the professional staff. A really good value for money.

We booked a four-bed family room for two days on our Hyderabad vacation. It was roomy and good value. The bathroom was a bit cramped, though very clean, and there was hot water around the clock. It could use a soap stand. On the second night, some guests in the neighboring room were shouting and playing loud music, disturbing everyone's sleep. I told reception. They warned them after my first complaint, then made them leave after I complained again. I really appreciated seeing the hotel take care of its guests that way. The person at reception, Lakshmi Mam I guess, also helped us figure out places to visit, eat, and ways to get around.

After checking out, we left our luggage safely at Hotel elite swagat Grand and picked it up in the evening before our train. The staff were kind and supportive throughout our family stay, and the service was excellent. They provided all the facilities we needed. Thanks again to the Entire Hotel Swagat team. 🙏🙏👍👍😊

The staff were rude and of very little help, and then the hotel changed the price at checkout without explaining why. It felt dishonest. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
