I stayed here from Sept 2009 to March 2010. It was a nice place, and the people were kind. I miss their dosa, puri, chutney, vegi-biryani, and boneless chicken biryani. The road is busy and gets packed in the evenings.

I ordered chicken biryani, but I'm 100% sure it wasn't chicken biryani. I couldn't tell what it was, just that the meat was very hard and had a weird smell. Please don't serve people this cheap food.

We left and went to Element 7, where the staff handled the same closing-time terms much more professionally. We'd arrived here at 10:45 PM on Sunday, 1 Dec, 2024, just wanting a peg or two and a little food. The manager said they closed at 11:30 PM. Then an unprofessional employee came over and said that if we ordered, we had to leave by 11:30 whether or not we'd finished eating. He was rude and didn't know how to speak to customers, especially in the food and beverage business. Element 7 deserves five stars for training its employees properly in how to treat customers.

The bar and restaurant ambience was good, and the location was excellent. Food quality and taste also get five stars from me. We stayed four days in room 206, but the room and toilet were poor. The bathroom was dirty, had no ventilation fan or clothes hanger, and the room window had no curtains. A drawer handle was broken. Management seemed deaf and dumb, ignoring customer complaints.
