I had a fantastic stay, and the staff made me feel welcome. Name Arjun Thapa, the receptionist, was especially warm, friendly, and attentive. He handled every request with a smile and went above and beyond to make everything feel right. He’s professional, kind, and genuinely caring. I’d recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

There’s a good range of food at Hotel Sitara, and the quality was good too. The staff were friendly and polite, and the prices seemed reasonable compared with other restaurants. I had a good visit 👍🏻

The noodles portion was no bigger than a soup bowl, and the biryani was even worse. The so-called chicken biryani was cold, with dry chicken and plain rice that had no oil or masala. It tasted like white rice with something rubbery in it. On 22.3.26 I also had butter nan that was cold and soggy. Worst biryani in Hyderabad. Don’t bother trying it, it’s not worth it.
