OYO 79326 Flagship Lingampally

Even with a prepaid OYO voucher, I was refused entry and made to pay extra. OYO offered no help, and it seems to have no control over this hotel. There was no bottled water, and food had to be ordered through an app. The window was so close to the neighboring apartment that you could reach out and touch it. The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches everywhere, and reception was rude. One curly-haired receptionist seemed to be intoxicated. I strongly advise women against staying here. This was my last OYO booking. The company feels worthless, dishonest, and unreliable.

The rooms were awful for the price, with rats in some, no hot water in others, and missing bathroom lights or faulty locks in some. The Google Maps location was wrong and took me to another place. Online booking felt like a scam: rooms showed as available, but I didn't get confirmation after booking. Neither OYO nor the booking app's customer service gave me a proper response. Don't book here.

The room was so filthy and foul that it could make you sick. Cockroaches and mosquitoes were everywhere, even on the bed, and the bedding, pillows, and blanket were stained. The overflowing bin stank so badly I had to buy spray to cover it. The bathroom was dirty too, with no soap or towels and no water at the basin. I was running late and had no choice but to stay one night. I booked through OYO, but the owner refused to check me in, saying they don't accept OYO customers. I had to pay separately for a room. This was the second time it happened that day, within 30 minutes. It feels like OYO and the property owners are at odds. Never rely on OYO bookings for your trip. Jai Hind. Stay safe.
