For 2200 per room, there wasn't even an electric kettle, cups, water, or intercom. The person at reception didn't care about guest feedback. It's an unclean, unsafe, third-rate hotel, and the price makes it a total waste of money. Worst hotel of its kind I've ever seen. Never book here.

The AC didn't work and there was no hot water. When I asked for my money back, the owner refused. Very bad service and a terrible stay. Don't go to this hotel.

There was no hot water, towels, plates, or bowls, and even the wash basin was filthy. The floor was sticky and smelled bad, while the sheets and blanket looked used and unwashed. The bathroom mat was soaked with dirty, foul-smelling water, and we even found cockroaches inside the AC remote. The photos are fake and misleading. I've never seen a hotel this unhygienic. No cleanliness, hygiene, or professionalism at all. Staying here is a mistake you'll regret.

The hotel was quiet and pleasant, and the staff were very polite and gentle. It was a nice experience, with good cleanliness and hospitality. Thank you.

I visited today, 24-12-2025. They called it a deluxe room, but it had no AC or TV. The room and bed were unhygienic, and the price was far too high. I'm never coming back 🙏
