Oyo Sree Ayaansh Residency Near Nexus Hyderabad

They seem to allow couples a lot of freedom for sex. They also checked out my room before I'd decided or told them to, and used my washroom without asking. The washrooms at a Shulabh complex are much better than this.

I went there for lunch, and there was someone else in the room at the time. No water, geyser, or AC, and the staff behaved terribly. Power cuts kept overlapping, so it felt like a waste of money. Worst hotel, zero rating.

I booked through the OYO app for around 980 a night, but there was a sign saying they didn't accept prepaid bookings. At reception they asked if I'd paid online, then told me to wait ten minutes for a room. The one they showed me was dirty and smelled awful. Bathroom water took five minutes to drain. I asked to switch rooms, but they said none were available, even though I could see a staff member talking on the phone beside my room. I contacted OYO and explained what happened, and they moved my stay to another OYO hotel, where it was a very good, pleasant stay. Please consider my rating zero, not one.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the OYO app, and the doors weren't proper. It was very dirty and smelled of cigarettes. After booking and paying in the app, we were charged extra at the hotel. They wouldn't refund us, so I left as soon as I saw the room. I complained to OYO help desk and sent payment proof when they asked. After hearing the details, they asked for room photos as evidence, but we didn't know we were supposed to take pictures. The OYO help centre service was very bad. They should check rooms and prices before listing a hotel. I don't trust OYO anymore.
