The staff made a bad stay worse. They were slow, unhelpful, and sometimes rude, and even simple requests took ages. For what we paid, the service and the room were nowhere near what I expected. The room smelled unpleasant as soon as I walked in, and there was dust on the surfaces. The toilet had broken parts and water leaking from the closet. Basic amenities were missing or didn't work properly. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're after a comfortable visit.

The room itself was okay, but the service was awful. A receptionist called Surjan/surjit booked us a taxi to Ooty and Coorg. After taking the full payment upfront, he kept calling to demand more money and threatened to leave us stranded along the way if we didn't pay extra. The owner should look into this and stop this kind of scam. If the harassment continues, we're close to filing a police complaint against him.

I booked through Agoda because the amenities listed air conditioning, but they gave me a non-AC room and asked for another 500rs to get an AC one. When I asked about the air-conditioning amenity, the staff had no idea what I meant and said it was just a non-AC room. Agoda shows several room categories, but the hotel seems to have only AC and non-AC rooms. Check everything carefully before you book.

The rooms weren't good, and getting hot water was a real problem. There was no drinking water either. When we complained, the manager argued with us, and although there's a lift, guests aren't allowed to use it. Trying to talk to the manager is pointless. I'd give this place zero stars if the review system allowed it. Thank you.
