Airport Hotel Chanakya

The dining room is bright and airy, and breakfast was a wonderful start to each morning of our trip. The buffet had everything from local dishes to international favorites, all made with the freshest ingredients. You can tell the culinary team takes real pride in what they do.

I travel to Delhi often for work and leisure, and my stays at Hotel Chanakya Delhi have been consistently excellent. The staff made the whole experience feel welcoming, from the smooth, efficient check-in to the polite and attentive service at the front desk, in housekeeping, and in the restaurant. They were always willing to help and made me feel valued. My room was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The modern amenities and well-appointed bathroom also made things convenient. The grand lobby sets a sophisticated, warm tone, and the luxurious setting and quality of service make the premium price worthwhile. I’d highly recommend Hotel Chanakya Delhi for a top-tier stay in the capital, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The smell was the first problem. I asked to switch rooms as soon as I noticed it, but the replacement smelled just as bad. We had been there less than half an hour, so I asked for my money back and chose another hotel. They refused, and the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. The rooms are in poor condition and uncomfortable because of the odor. I strongly wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’d like management or someone senior to contact me so I can explain what happened yesterday. A very disappointing visit.

We were allowed to check in early, which helped a lot, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked after. Breakfast was good, and the 24-hour kitchen had plenty of food available, either in the restaurant or delivered to the room. They also arranged a full-day taxi at a reasonable price with an experienced driver. There are pros and cons, of course, but this is a family hotel near Delhi airport. We had a pleasant stay and would come back. Thanks to everyone.
