We had booked through agoda, but when we arrived they said there was a water-heater issue and moved us to the hotel opposite for one day. That place was a nightmare. The actual reason seemed to be that this hotel was full and would only have rooms available the next day at 9.30 am. When we finally got into this hotel, the room was okay, but we had to call and ask for everything, including the AC and hotel water. They even asked why we needed AC when it was cool outside. Some switches were loose and hanging, and there was a centipede in the bathroom. A very pathetic experience, the worst stay ever.

The room was dirty, and the staff were very rude. They threatened me because my brother came to pick me up and I invited him to my room. I was about to check out, but they still demanded extra money. Owner, if you’re reading this, teach your staff some manners.

The rooms were unhygienic and very dirty, with poor housekeeping. The washrooms leaked, there was no hot water, and they smelled bad.

The staff, including the manager, were all like family and treated us very well. This is an awesome hotel to stay at, and I’d suggest it to others.

I stayed here with friends for two nights and three days while attending a meeting. The rooms were spacious and good for the room tariff, with a nice view. The location near karolbagh metro station was good, and room service was good too.
