Hotel Castle Blue Delhi Airport T3

Hotel Castle was in a great spot for exploring the area, and the staff were always ready with recommendations or help with questions. They could arrange transportation and suggest local attractions, which made getting around easier. The restaurant was another highlight. It had a variety of tasty dishes, carefully prepared and nicely presented, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and elegantly furnished, with plush bedding, complimentary refreshments, toiletries, and the amenities I needed. From the moment I arrived, the team were professional, warm, and attentive to my comfort. The service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend Hotel Castle for a comfortable, memorable stay, and I look forward to returning.

Mosquitoes and mice were all over the hotel, and it felt dangerous for a couple to stay there. The staff seemed greedy and the service was poor. Worst hotel.

The location worked perfectly for my travel, and the amenities were top-notch. The rooms and common areas were spotless, cleaner than I expected. The supporting staff were friendly, courteous, and quick to respond, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’d highly recommend Hotel Castle Blue for a seamless, luxurious experience.

Room service was OK, and the staff were very good and helpful, but the hotel needs a major overhaul. It feels like it’s still in the 90’s. The shower didn’t work, so bathing meant using a plastic bucket and mug, sitting on the plastic stool or the floor. The sink tap was broken, and the geyser seemed to be there just for show. The window AC barely worked, while the fan’s regulator switch did nothing. The room lock was broken too: it only locked from inside, so the physical key wouldn’t secure the door from outside if a guest went out for the day. Hope management reads this and makes some welcome changes.
