Hotel Centre Park Bhopal

I had a good experience over two nights, with good rooms and service and no issues during the stay. The hotel is opposite a wine shop, though, which some people might not like. Also check the windows. Our window door didn’t work, and nobody told us beforehand, so be especially careful about that if you’re staying with kids.

Breakfast was included in my booking, and I had an early flight. A day before leaving, I asked if they could arrange an early breakfast or something to take away. Staff assured me they would. But when I asked for breakfast on departure morning, they refused, saying no staff were available. When I reminded them about our earlier conversation, they were dismissive and rude. The receptionist said, “You can write a complaint, we don’t care.” The service was very poor, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. It felt like they cared more about saving money than providing what they’d promised. I strongly advise against staying here.

Hotel Centre Park, Bhopal is conveniently located near New Market at GTB Complex. The rooms are comfortable, the food is quite good, and the stay was pleasant. Everything else was fine, but being right opposite a wine shop felt a bit uncomfortable.

There were rats in the rooms, and overnight they ruined half our luggage. In the morning, we were distressed and had to decide what to keep and what to throw out. With our 1-year-old baby, we couldn’t take any risks. The rooms also smelled strange, were much smaller than the booking-site photos suggested, and didn’t match their descriptions. The wine shop opposite made it uncomfortable to go out with family at night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
