If you're going with family, please read this before booking. We were told one thing and given another, and had to keep following up about everything. We paid for a double bedded room, but after payment they gave us a single bedded room. With no other option, we had to stay there. A very bad experience.

I stayed for one night in October 2025, and I’d be very careful about booking here. During the day, while I was out, the sweeper had accessed my room. Then at around midnight, three staff members came into my room. I woke up and they ran away. There doesn’t seem to be a room locking system, and staff can get in easily. I reported what happened at reception, but they brushed it off, saying I might not have locked the door and the staff had entered by mistake. Be careful if you’re planning to stay.

The rooms are spacious and good, and the service is nice. I had a pleasant stay. It would be excellent if food and breakfast were available too.

The rooms are large, but the service was really bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. The bedsheets were unclean, with hair and stains everywhere. There wasn’t a kettle even after I asked, and towels only arrived at night after repeated follow-ups. The staff weren’t clean or helpful, and the bathroom window had no glass. A very bad experience.
