We found it handy that the hotel is so close to the railway station, close enough to walk to. The manager was really sweet, and the staff were friendly with our child. The rooms were clean when we arrived, and they cleaned them when we asked. There were no cameras in the room, and smoking wasn't allowed. The price felt a little high, though still reasonable. I didn't love the place, but it's decent for a quick stay or 3-4 days, and I'd come back if I visit Bhopal again.

At checkout they asked me for extra cash, around 5-15% of what I'd paid at check-in. The amount paid when you arrive isn't the full price they'll charge.

For our 24-hour stay at Hotel Maa Ganga Palace, we couldn't get even a towel or soap. When we asked, the staff snapped, "stay if you want, or else leave." Their attitude was arrogant and unprofessional throughout. The food was poor quality, expensive, and came in small portions. They also charged twice the printed MRP for water bottles. When we objected, a staff member arrogantly told us to "go and registered case against hotel." The place showed no regard for guest comfort. Avoid it.

The worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms weren't clean, and the service was poor. At checkout they asked for extra money as GST without giving a bill. If you don't want a scene in front of your family, don't stay here, no matter how necessary it seems.

The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, and the staff seemed unprofessional. I ended up here because an auto driver took me there after I came for a shooting competition. Otherwise, I would've checked reviews first. It was the worst experience, so don't book a room here.
