The service is top-notch, though the rooms are average. Jio users may find there's no network, so you have to rely entirely on the hotel Wi-Fi. Logging in is also a very complicated process because of their security protocols.

It's close to the station and there are some restaurants nearby, but that doesn't help when there's no network at all. The Wi-Fi doesn't work properly either, and the TV remote didn't work. The lack of connectivity made for a very bad stay. My friends got scared when they couldn't get through to me.

The kitchen is clean and well maintained, and the food is very good too. The hotel staff provide excellent customer service.

I hadn't booked a room, but I asked the manager if I could use the washroom. He let me, which I really appreciated.
