The staff were polite, and the catering and restaurant were fine during my 2-day stay. But the rooms were small, dirty, and nothing like the pictures. The bedding was dirty, with yellowish beds and blankets, and the toilet was dirty too. Nobody came to clean during my stay.

We had to change rooms three times before finding one to settle in. The rooms weren't properly cleaned at check-in, and neither the beds nor the toilet were clean. The taps also didn't work properly.

It's an accessible location near Rani Kamlapati station, and the hospitality is good. A good place for gatherings.

The manager or caretaker was very rude. The food was just OK, and the space felt a little congested. It can fit only about 50 people, so I'd recommend it only for low-budget parties.

The hotel is right in the city center and doesn't cost too much. Seems like a good spot for a small party or get-together.
