There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the location is close to new market. The room was very compact, though the toilet was okay and hot water was available. The staff were argumentative and need training. It may be okay for a couple, but I wouldn't advise it for a family.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with good open views. One of the best hotels in Bhopal. Special thanks to Mr. Patidar and his staff.

We reached the hotel desk by 11pm hoping to book a room on the spot. MakeMyTrip showed a lower rate than the service desk executive quoted. When I asked about booking that same room through the MakeMyTrip app, he said they don't allow late night checkins for online bookings. He told us to pay him directly or they couldn't get an online booking checkin late at night. I'm not trying to hurt the hotel's image or anyone here. They don't allow late evening checking for online booking.

Hotel Pisals is close to New Market and within walking distance of all the sights, which I loved. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was beautiful and very well priced. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Pisals.
