The location is the main thing this place has going for it, and the rooms are designed nicely. But they aren't maintained: there were cockroaches all over, and the sheets, bathroom, and other areas were dirty when I arrived. Check-in took 40 minutes because the hotel refused to let me in, saying the online rate I'd paid was too low. They told me to contact Makemytrip and cancel. I only got checked in with help from FabIndia.

I can't think of a worse hotel. There was no room service, the room and bathroom were dirty, and the linen was untidy. There wasn't even a telephone in the room to call for help. Breakfast was included, but I didn't get it on any day. Staff were walking around the hotel in their underwear, and they were very irresponsible. No towel or water bottle was provided, and the AC still didn't work after I complained several times.

Rooms are easy to get, but the price is high and the cleanliness doesn't match what you'd expect for that cost. The washroom was good and had a shower.

The smell throughout the hotel was so bad that trying to eat in the room made me feel like I might throw up. There were cockroaches everywhere, even on the bed, and nothing was clean. The switches didn't work properly and neither did the geyser. Easily the worst place I've stayed.

Mosquitoes were everywhere, and the kitchen was dirty. The room wasn't clean, and neither the AC nor geyser worked. Please don't order food here. A very bad stay.
