Hotel Stay Casa

The lobby seemed to be full of club members rather than hotel guests, and the club restaurant staff were busy serving their members, so we had to rely on room service for food. Breakfast was set out in the corridor on makeshift cane furniture. There was also music practice by students or a band in the evening. It felt like the second-floor club rooms may originally have been planned as a guest house and are now leased to the hotel operator. The place is run by an all-male staff. This was a lousy experience, and I wonder how a commercial hotel was permitted in a club that is a co-operative housing society. Who gave it a four-star rating? It doesn’t feel like a full-service 4* hotel.

Akshay Jaiswal helped a lot and kept our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The property is centrally located in Bhopal, so it was convenient to get around, and we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The room was excellent and the stay felt fabulous. The breakfast amenities and seating arrangement were temporary, though, and should be made permanent. I’d expect a good, comfortable setup for sitting.

The food was great, and the service was excellent, which made the stay memorable. The location was convenient but still peaceful. We also found the staff warm and attentive, and the rooms clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
