The Castle Villa Hill View kasauli

The staff at the villa were very cordial and good, but dealing with Taranpreet Singh made the whole experience awful. We booked offline through Airbnb, and he shared the wrong location and even the wrong villa name. He was hard to reach, didn't respond to messages, and spoke abusively to us. Once we arrived, we kept messaging to explain that the villa location didn't match what he had told us. Instead of understanding and admitting the mistake, he kept insisting we pay for a villa he had promised would be in the city. We had to spend extra money on travel. Taranpreet was the worst host I've dealt with, and that experience spoiled everything.
