The stay was comfortable, so I wouldn't call it bad, and the staff were good, though not exactly professional. The hotel also accepts unmarried couples, so it's a decent option if you want to stay with your partner. The rooms have the usual OYO-style lights and wall decor, but they weren't maintained well. The bathroom was extremely small, barely manageable for someone six feet tall like me, and its doorknob didn't work. The sheets were dirty and torn, the lift was out of order, and the AC outlet had exposed, risky wiring.

We booked four rooms from 24th Ocotober to the morning of 26th. All of them smelled dirty, had no ventilation, and were crawling with cockroaches. The hand shower by the toilet didn't work, and there was no water from the tap either. They made some changes after we complained, but we still weren't satisfied. At reception, we were told their contract would end within 2 to 3 months, so they weren't doing any maintenance.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the food was good, though they don't serve non veg. Staff took a bit too long to respond and need to improve.

With this hotel, the rooms and bathrooms look like they do in the OYO app photos. Other places can look quite different from their pictures, but here you get what you see.

The rooms were below standard and nothing like the pictures online. Even after I asked twice, they didn't provide toiletries, although I booked through OYO. Staff were careless, rude, and dismissive, from the front desk through to room service.
