Hotel Rudra by OYO Rooms

The staff handled our payment badly at 2 AM. Our money was debited twice, but they said neither payment showed as credited on their end. We showed our bank statements, which reflected the transaction correctly, and said there could be a network issue on their side. The staff refused to give us even that filthy room until they received payment. Oyo was no help either, and we couldn't reach anyone to get the duplicate debit refunded. I'd avoid Oyo and use a more reputable service like Agoda or Make my trip. The hotel also felt like a cheap place where all kinds of **** activities might be happening. The staff were ill-behaved, uneducated, and showed no sense of hospitality. For the dirty linen, one staff member offered a different set, but it wasn't fresh, and we had to put it on ourselves. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures and is third-grade. The rooms smelled, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, like a public bus stand bathroom, and the linen was stained with weird things, if you know what I mean. The route to the hotel felt dangerous, and there was no staff to help with luggage on that kind of dangerous staircase.

After booking online, I went to check the room and found it wasn't clean. It also didn't look like the photos OYO had provided. Don't waste your money here; there are much better options in that area.
