I only needed somewhere to study for the day before my AIIMS exam, so I made do, but this was the worst stay I’ve had in 10-15 years of travelling. The room the owner showed me was tiny, and the photos Hotel Sanjay had uploaded to OYO didn’t match what I saw in person. The geyser never worked, and red water came from the taps. The owner was rude and acted like he ran a five-star hotel. I booked through the OYO helpline because I was short on time. OYO confirmed check-in from 1 am to 8 pm, which I checked three times, but the owner refused and told me to cancel. He then offered a room at 40% more. At checkout, he wouldn’t even look up. Don’t stay here. Also, look closely at the five-star reviews. The person named RAHUL seems to have left most of them.
