We ended up staying for nearly a week because a third-party sponsor had arranged it in advance. The rooms were filthy, smelled bad, and were so uncomfortable they weren’t worth even 300 or 400 bucks. Staff were just as bad, rude and unwilling to help. Check the room photos I uploaded before you finalize anything. I was very disappointed, and would give less than one star if I could.

Room space is the main drawback here, especially in the standard rooms. Deluxe rooms are roomy enough, and all rooms have a TV and AC. The food is okay, and room service is prompt. The hotel has five floors, a lift, and a basement that can fit about 50-60 people. It’s a five-minute drive from Habibganj railway station, and 20-25 minutes from Raja bhoj airport and Bhopal junction railway station. It isn’t high-end, but otherwise won’t disappoint.

The room hadn’t been cleaned, with rubbish left by the previous guests and stains and hair on the bedsheets. The shower didn’t work, and when we asked for an extra towel, none arrived. Very poor service.

The policies are very bad, and they don’t cooperate with guests. I wouldn’t recommend it, and the time spent here was wasted. I don’t think it deserves even one star, but the post required me to choose one.
