The room was run down and dirty, with several things broken or not working properly. I complained, but nothing was done. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. Basic courtesy and hospitality were missing. Bad maintenance, bad service, and a bad attitude. This hotel isn’t worth your time or money. Don’t book it.

Billing was a problem: I was overcharged, and the charges weren’t explained clearly. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and they ignored the concerns I raised. A very unpleasant stay.

The stay was okay. Breakfast could use a few more options, and the bellboy should be quicker about taking guests’ luggage.

2/10
The rooms are overpriced, and both the service and reception were poor. People at the desk spoke very rudely to guests. I recommend not booking here.

The rooms aren’t well maintained, and they didn’t provide even one complimentary water bottle. Service was very bad, and staff were aggressive and uncooperative.
