Jehan Numa Retreat

The setting is beautiful, and the whole property is clean, well run, and carefully organized. My room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it feeling fresh each day. Service was warm and smooth from arrival onward, with staff who were polite, professional, and happy to help. Meals were another high point. Breakfast and room service were both delicious, nicely presented, and offered good variety. It was a memorable stay, with lovely surroundings and hospitality that made me feel well looked after. Must try place ❤️

The rooms sit beautifully among the forest, and waking up there felt peaceful and full of positive energy. It’s a lovely place to unwind and spend some good time. The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious too.

We had a great meal, with Ramdane aur shakarkand ki tikki, a veg platter of charred broccoli and pineapple, paneer tikka, dahi ke shammi, and kebab, three pieces each. For mains we chose paneer laccha, methi palak kofta curry, and adraki gobhi matar, with garlic naan, laccha paratha, and missi roti. Mr. Sonu looked after us. He was engaged throughout and handled every request courteously. The hospitality, food, ambience, and attention to detail were all things I loved. They know their craft and deliver it consistently, which is what makes the place special. I’d recommend it for a date night or an upscale dinner, especially in winter when the fireplace makes it cozy. A good place for a distinctive food experience.

The organic meal tasted especially good knowing the food had been grown right at Jehan Numa Retreat. And the team’s care felt just as natural. My husband and I were the only vegetarians in a group of non-vegetarians, but we got thoughtful attention rather than just a basic alternative. We came for a surprise anniversary lunch hosted by our friends’ sons. We arrived before the hosts, and the staff welcomed us, kept our gifts safe, and quickly arranged a seating change near the sofas and Valley Hall. They managed everything from energetic two-year-olds to making the guests over 70 comfortable, and coordinated the garland ceremony and cake cutting with real joy. Between the tasty food, scenic walks, and kind service, the place made me want to host a party there just for another reason to return. Highly recommended for people who appreciate class and kindness.
