The hotel is in sabzi mandi, and the property is old and doesn't match the owner's photos. We paid the room fare in advance, then they asked for another 500/- as a refundable security deposit. When we checked out, they treated us like loafers or thieves while refunding it. The restaurant charges were very high. Our room wasn't clean or maintained, the bathroom was dirty, the sink was full of garbage and hair, and the toilet seat was dirty. The linen was new but wasn't cleaned regularly. I wouldn't recommend this kind of hotel to anyone.

They take customization seriously, which I appreciate. I order from here regularly because the food is great and delivery is great too. My favorites are Red hot and spice pasta, chicken noodles, mutton Vej masala, and rumali roti. Murg mussallam is a must try as well.

They refused to check me in even though I'd paid in full in advance. I booked an overnight stay with my pets and checked five times before paying that the hotel was pet friendly. Oyo customer service assured me it was, so I went ahead with the payment. Because of past experience with Oyo, I called reception a few hours early to confirm, and that's when they said pets weren't allowed. I've been stuck on their complaint number for hours trying to get my money back. Disgusting service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

There were insects in the rooms, the TV didn't work, and the washroom was very dirty. At check-in they first ask for a 500 deposit, then at checkout they inspect the dirty room and return the 500 rs 😀 Never stay at this hotel.

The room was pathetic and had insects, and the TV didn't work. They first demand a 500 deposit before check-in. When you check out, they inspect the worst room and then give the 500 deposit back 😂 Overall, awful. Only the ac worked fine.
