I stayed for 12 hours, and the staff behaved very badly. At checkout they started making issues just to get more money from me. Don’t come here and spoil your day.

The rooms smelled awful during my 12-hour stay, and the staff were terrible. When I checked out, they suddenly wanted more money, bringing up check-in and check-out rules out of nowhere. Don’t stay here.

The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, and nobody took responsibility for cleaning them. There was no tea, coffee, or meal available. This is a very low-category hotel, and the staff are just as bad.

For this price, I thought it was the best hotel in the whole city based on my search. The rooms are okay, like other OYO properties, so they’re worth the money. There’s no kitchen, but room service can get you anything if you tip. The room service guy is friendly, nice, and cheerful. Please help him out however you can, he deserves it. On my second visit the manager gave me a discount on his own, which has never happened to me anywhere. Awesome manager. The owner stays at the hotel until late, around 11 pm. There’s a lift, so a wheelchair can be taken upstairs. Pets are allowed, but call and ask beforehand. They might have separate smoking and non-smoking rooms too, so ask about that. They’re always happy to help.
