I stayed at Hotel OM palace from 4th June to 5th June, and it was one of my worst hotel experiences. There was no water in the bathroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I tried calling and going to reception several times, but no one responded. When I finally got to complain, the staff told me to check out and find another hotel if I had a problem. They offered no refund or compensation and seemed more interested in making me leave than fixing anything.

Check-in was really smooth. The room was very nice, and the washroom was clean. It’s a nice spot to spend some quality time with your girlfriend.

We had a pretty good stay, all in all. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. There were a few mosquitoes at night, though. Receptionist chandrabhan was very polite. Thank you.

The all-night jagrata with loudspeakers on our second night made it impossible to sleep. We asked the staff to step in, especially since we were there with our 3-year-old daughter, but they ignored us. The room also wasn’t ready on time, and after checking in we found it dusty and unhygienic, with a poorly cleaned floor and a terrible bathroom smell. What should have been a comfortable family stay became very stressful. I booked through FabHotels expecting a certain standard, and we left very dissatisfied. I hope FabHotels takes this seriously and reconsiders its association with this property.

The bathroom had no exhaust, so the awful smell spread into the room. Over our three miserable days there, nothing was cleaned and we got no fresh towels or bedsheets. The TV cable wasn’t working either, and it took nearly two days and endless complaints before it was fixed. Disgusting conditions and no service at all. This place shouldn’t be open to guests.
