Our wedding day was marred by poor management, unprofessional service, and problems that remain unresolved. We booked arrangements for 250 guests and paid a significant amount, but food service was very poor. Guests weren't served properly, and we had to keep asking staff to refill the counters. Dinner service ended at 11 PM despite the high event charges. The hotel's recommended decorator charged ₹5,000 for a flower veil for the bridal entry, then at the crucial moment we were told it hadn't been arranged. We were assured the money would be refunded, but despite following up repeatedly, we still haven't received it. Mr. Balveer was responsible for managing the event, and the coordination overall was unsatisfactory. The most serious concern was my father-in-law's mobile phone and ₹50,000 cash going missing during the function. After a lot of arguments, they showed us the cctv footage, where a person could be seen serving people. That made us feel the thief might be involved with hotel staff. We didn't call the police because we didn't want to ruin the function, but this left serious concerns about safety and security. I wouldn't recommend this venue for important events unless service, accountability, and security improve significantly.
