The staff were courteous, and I had no problems apart from the lack of heated water. It's about 5 km from Bhopal Junction and fine for a short stay. The room didn't offer open space or a balcony, though, so if those matter and you want more for your money, I'd look elsewhere. My stay was average, with room for improvement.

The place was badly maintained and in a location that's about as poor as it gets. Even though I'd booked through Oyo, the staff said there were no rooms when I arrived, then offered a different room at another rate. It felt like a scam to get more money through the online booking and an offline payment.

Everything else was okay, but the OYO booking and the hotel's offer didn't match. The owner first said they couldn't provide AC at the price, and when I suggested they stop working with OYO if they disliked its rates, he said he didn't want to work with OYO and that OYO was pushing him to do it. I called OYO, and they told me AC wasn't included in my booking. If that was the case, I don't understand why the owner brought up the price of AC in the first place.

I got to Bhopal at midnight after booking online, but the entrance was locked and their phones were off, so I couldn't get in. After an hour of trying, I booked somewhere else. Online deals may be cheap, but based on what happened to me, booking this way can leave you stranded. I strongly recommend blacklisting the hotel on sites like OYO Rooms and MakeMyTrip so others don't go through what I did last night.

The AC didn't work properly, and the owner was aggressive and used abusive language. He also said he wouldn't return our IDs. I've never had worse service at a hotel. I wouldn't stay there even for one night.
