The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are pathetic: about half of them don’t have working flushes, there’s no hot water, and paint is peeling off the walls and falling around the room. The pillows smelled, and the bedsheet and blanket were dirty. I wouldn’t stay here in Haridwar.

I was told I could stay one day and get a refund for the remaining days if I wasn’t comfortable. But after the first day, when I checked out and asked for that refund, they refused to return the money. The hygiene in the room, toilet, and bathroom was poor, and there was no hot water. The toilet and bathroom are attached. There was only one charging plug in the room, and it was in bad condition, with a risk of sparking at any time. One staff member behaved inappropriately. A bad experience at Mann Hotel, the worst hotel in Haridwar.

They charge around 2000 for a common room, which isn’t worth it, and the services were bad. Staff didn’t respond and acted like they were doing us a favor. The room, toilet, and bathroom lacked hygiene, and there was no hot water. A bad experience. Please don’t book any kind of room at Hotel Maan.

The only drawback was that there was no backup power in the morning when the regular supply went out. The room was clean, and in the off-season, in March, it was cheap enough. The hotel is near the railway station but far enough away to avoid its noise and traffic sound.

The rooms were good and the rates were cheaper, but there was no cable connection and I found bugs on the bed.
