Safal Retreat

The property may look appealing, but the service and management need serious improvement. We hosted our wedding here recently, and the experience fell well short of what we expected for the premium prices. Our team had to keep chasing the hotel about décor setup, guest management, room readiness and event timings. There was little coordination or ownership from the staff, and we ended up doing their job, which added stress to an occasion that should have run smoothly. Responses were late, communication wasn't clear, and attention to detail was missing. Delays and confusion came up repeatedly, and the staff often seemed either understaffed or untrained for a large wedding. For such an important event, we expected professionalism, smooth execution and support. The service didn't match the cost, and the hotel failed to deliver on those expectations.

The large lawn gives the property a lovely atmosphere, and you can dine either indoors or out on the lawn. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Safal Retreat in Bhopal has a beautiful heritage-like feel and an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained, though the washrooms are a bit cozy. A very satisfying stay.

We had fun at my sister's wedding, and Safal Retreat and the other agencies made some wonderful arrangements. It's a nice property, with a good landscape and location, a big outdoor lawn, a large banquet hall and cozy rooms for staying. The food and service were up to the mark, maybe a little overpriced but still acceptable. A very nice venue for weddings and other functions. 🙏🏻🤝🏻🫶🏻💗

Dinner in the restaurant felt so peaceful, with greenery all around, and the place was neat and clean. We ordered chicken and mutton, both soft, succulent, spicy and dark colored. The restaurant food is epic.
