We booked the whole property for a wedding and the host welcomed us warmly. I loved the hospitality. The rooms are standard, clean, and average, and the hotel is easy to spot. The location is great, about a five-minute drive from laal ghati square.
It's cheap and easy to reach, and being close to the airport suited what I needed. But the sheets weren't clean, the bathroom door was jammed, and although we'd booked breakfast, the staff seemed to forget to give it to us. Good for an inexpensive airport stop, though there are plenty of things they need to improve.
The owner was rude and refused to change either the room or the bedsheets. The rooms were unclean and the linen was in very bad condition. SSB aspirants reporting at 6 AM should avoid staying here. If cleanliness and health matter to you, don't book this hotel. It doesn't deserve even one star.
Ask for one of the premium rooms if you stay here. It's a nice place, and those rooms are amazing, easily comparable to a five-star property.
The atmosphere feels very homely, and it's a nice place to stay.
