I checked out at 8:58 PM on 16-04-2025, but the issues in Room 207 were still unresolved after I’d asked Suraj to fix them that morning. I’d first reported the problems to him after checking in on 15-04-2025 at 10:00 AM: the AC wasn’t cooling, the fan and TV didn’t work, the bathroom had no light, the room was unclean, and the bedsheet hadn’t been changed. I asked to switch rooms, but Suraj wanted extra money and said, “Aaj ka time de do sir, main thik karwa deta hoon.” Nothing was fixed. When I came back that night, Suraj wasn’t there and the other staff were rude and wouldn’t help. I had to stay because of personal reasons. I contacted FabHotels customer care, emailed photos, and was promised a refund. After I kept following up by phone and email, they repeatedly said the issue would be solved in 24 hours. Then on 21-04-2025, they emailed a video showing everything working in Room 207, after I’d already checked out. I got no refund. My stay was marked by poor service, promises that weren’t kept, and no accountability.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The service was good, and the price was very affordable.

I travel around the country for work, and this was a miserable stay. The online photos make the rooms look much better than they are, and I was shocked by how small they were. I got what seemed to be a duplicate water bottle and a towel barely bigger than a handkerchief. The AC remote was missing at first, though staff searched the rooms and eventually found one after I asked. On check-in, the floor hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping was outsourced and hard to get, and it took an argument with the person in charge before it was addressed. The staff were stubborn and had no sense of hospitality. I don’t recommend this place, even by mistake, and I’m surprised Fab is associated with hotels like this. I have no grudge against staff I haven’t met; I’m describing my own experience. I’ve reached the 8th stage as a Google reviewer. The five-star ratings make me wonder whether those reviewers are from the countryside and haven’t stayed at places like this, or whether hotel management has a group rating everything highly despite the reality. I also see no replies to customer reviews, perhaps because they don’t know what to say or haven’t done this before.

The hotel is very good, and the staff behave very well.
