While I was eating dinner, a man came over wanting my seat. I told him I was using it and asked him to take another one. He abused me, and the hotel management did nothing about it. I’m really disappointed with this visit. If you come here, please avoid hotel pink palace.
There was no electricity in the evening, and during my three days there, nothing was done about my complaints regarding the geysers or cleanliness. They just kept making fools of us. I found the place completely unsuitable and would tell people to choose somewhere else.
The room was neat and clean, though quite small. The hotel is good, but it’s expensive, so try booking offline if you want a better deal. If you’re coming for an exam, book at least 4-5 days ahead to get a good rate.
I checked in at 8 at night and left the next day at 5 in the evening, but they charged me for two days. The rooms were very dirty, the staff were rude, and the food was cheap quality despite costing 350rs per plate. Really disgusting behavior.
We held our wedding at Fairmont on 23-25th Feb and booked rooms at Pink palace for our staff and drivers. At the final bill, Mr. Murarilalji cheated us royally. I want to warn others about him and say strongly, NO to this hotel. Beware of such cheaters and boycott such personality. #PinkPalace
