The manager was rude and unprofessional, and the night was stressful. Around 2 AM, people nearby were laughing, playing music, and making noise, so I couldn't sleep at all. I had booked a "classic room" online based on the photos, but the manager put me in a much smaller room and said that was what I had to accept because I booked online. It looked completely different from the pictures. When I asked to cancel, I was told that wasn't possible, and I had to pay another ₹500 to upgrade. The service, management, and experience were unacceptable. I highly recommend not booking here.

Even though we had a confirmed booking through the Agoda App, the staff refused our request to extend the stay by two days. They then gave us the least favorable room, although our previous accommodation was available.

We had a paid booking, but the hotel refused to check us in and demanded more money. Then they started using abusive language. They seem interested only in money, not customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

After traveling from delhi, I arrived at night to check in for the three days I'd already paid for. They refused and said I had to pay another rs.700 because it was the weekend. We argued and discussed it for about 30 minutes, then the manager became rude and unprofessional. I had to find another hotel and struggled to find a decent option. Not recommended at all.

The manager's behavior was third class. Payment through OYO was already done, but they still refused to check us in and wanted extra money because the booking had a discount. Why stay open on OYO if they won't honor it? People book there because they can't go door to door checking hotels. Pathetic, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
