OYO 5963 Hotel Kartikey

The room and bathroom were unhygienic, and the service was awful. Staff were uncooperative and rude, especially the tall night manager, whose behavior toward us I still don't understand. We were willing to compromise on everything else, but not that treatment. Check-in and check-out rules seemed to change to suit their needs or mood. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were told to leave at 7 the next morning. We agreed, then asked for a small place to leave our luggage, but they said they had no space or room for it. I don't understand running a hotel without even minimum facilities for customers. They were rude to us right through the end. I wouldn't recommend hotel kartikey to anyone.

The rooms were extremely dirty and in very poor condition, and they don't clean them at all. Staff behavior was terrible too. I'd give this hotel zero stars if I could. Very, very bad experience.

I don't usually write reviews, and I'm not normally this harsh about a business. But please don't book this place. The rooms are shitty, the toilets are horrible, and the service is downright terrible. They might even charge you for breathing. Don't choose it, at any price.

I've never had a worse hotel experience. I stayed for two nights and three days, then checked out in the morning on the third day while my train wasn't until evening. I asked the manager if I could leave my luggage there, but he refused. His manner was arrogant.
