We booked a deluxe room and spent a day at Shree Palace Hotel while visiting Bhopal. The room and toilet were clean, and there was AC and a TV. Breakfast can be included when booking online; lunch and dinner are ordered from the room menu and delivered to your room. We went to Bapu Ki Kutia on the main road instead, just a short walk away. It's all vegetarian and the food is very good. The rest of the accommodation was good, and with the main road nearby, rickshaws can take you anywhere. There's also a rooftop bar. You can drink there or take it to your room, but sitting there for a drink costs extra.

The staff are friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to make guests feel looked after. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Shree Palace Hotel in New Market is a great option for a city visit, with shops and attractions close by in the heart of town. Its facilities and convenient location make it suitable for both business and leisure.

The room was cramped and didn't meet the standard I'd expect from a 3 star hotel. We paid for breakfast when booking, but were charged extra for an item they said wasn't part of the complimentary breakfast. Nobody had mentioned that when we ordered. I didn't feel safe or secure staying there either. People walking around the rooms and talking loudly could be heard even at midnight. The stay wasn't good at all, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed for 1 night in an executive room, expecting it to suit 2 people. The clean, airy room was large, with a couch, a clean bedspread, and a spacious, clean bathroom. The hotel is small and clean, with a polite, friendly manager and courteous staff. Breakfast was good and the Wi-Fi was acceptable. The atmosphere was soft and pleasant, and the restaurant has scenic views. There's a huge banquet hall with a beautiful interior, and New Market is nearby for plenty of shopping. I was impressed with the service.
