I booked this place for a five-day business stay, but the room and washroom were so poor that I couldn’t stay even one night. The sheets were stained, the blanket had no cover, the washroom fittings were broken, and basic hygiene was missing. Wi-Fi was listed but wasn’t provided. The fan, floor, and furniture were dirty and poorly maintained, all of which affected comfort and safety. The staff and owner refused to cancel, saying cancellations after noon weren’t allowed. They were rude and showed no willingness to understand my concern. I booked through MakeMyTrip and shared photos of the issues. After checking them, MMT acknowledged the poor room condition and refunded the full amount for my five-day booking. As a frequent traveler and Google Local Guide, I expect basic cleanliness, proper amenities, and respectful treatment. This property doesn’t meet even minimum standards. I don’t recommend it for business or family travelers unless management seriously improves hygiene, maintenance, and service.

For the price I got, this hotel was a steal, and it was more comfortable and cleaner than its Goibibo listing suggested. I was pleasantly surprised to find it right at parihar chouraha. The staff were nice and helpful, and nobody pestered me to tip or order room service. There were a few small issues: the shower didn’t work and the bathroom taps leaked. There’s no lift, so anyone with luggage will need help from the attendant. Still, it was a great budget stay, definitely recommended.

I stopped here just to freshen up and stayed for about an hour. It was the worst experience. The owner or person at reception was cheap-minded and had no sense of how to speak with people at a hotel reception. The place felt like a very cheap lodge, with no room amenities, no cleaning, and no security. OYO customer care should check its hotels before recommending them. Just to make their commission, they dropped me at an indecent place. I was very disappointed with OYO’s online hotel booking service.

I stayed here for four days and found the service good, with friendly staff who helped a lot. Room service was good, and the reception staff always gave correct information. Jasraj is a nice person. I recommend that people call Jasraj Sharmaji directly, as he’ll help and guide you. My personal thanks to all the staff at hotel om Sai plaza, near parihar chouraha, Ashok garden.

The hotel walls looked like they hadn’t been painted in a long time, and the water supply wasn’t good. The TV also didn’t work, maybe because of lockdown. Two stars for the supportive hotel staff members.
